Comprehensive Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you should experience any defect in the materials or workmanship of your new Abode product, the following terms of warranty apply for;
The purchaser’s sole remedy shall be the replacement (at the manufacturer’s discretion) of all or any part of the product that is defective
* For kitchen taps, all working parts and valves are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from purchase. O-rings and decorative surfaces are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase provided that our advice concerning care has been observed and no scouring or chemical agents have been used.
* For bathroom taps, all working parts and valves are guaranteed for a period of 5 years. The decorative surface finish is guaranteed for 5 years on the chrome finish. All special finishes including matt black and rose gold finishes are guaranteed for 1 year. O-rings are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase provided that our advice concerning care has been observed and no scouring or chemical agents have been used.
The above is provided that the product has been used for normal domestic purposes in the UK and that the care, installation and maintenance instructions have been observed.
The warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
